My goals for today - walk to the bus, walk home from the bus, go to Curves (if they are open, we have rumors of snow again today, worse than Tuesday), and dance during lunch. That's three types of exercise. I think I'll also do some 4-lb weight lifting with my water bottle before I start drinking it. There, 4 (which of course will be posted tomorrow, since I'm doing rally a day early)
I didn't do my 3 kinds of exercise yesterday, because I was too busy having a wonderful day, but I did do 1, so I don't have to feel too bad. I lifted weights in the car on the way to Olympia. What weights? Why - a 3 1/2 lb water bottle! Convenient, close to hand, and afterwards I could drink it all up! :]
My other goal for today I to start on the new menu plan the doctor has given me. to that end, I'd better start cooking breakfast. See you all later!

Oh, golly - I've got to stop multi-tasking or stop opening so many windows or maybe stop having martinis for breakfast (kidding!) -- when did this post get here?

Meme, great improvising with the water bottle weights!! Very nice! (Has anyone seen Borat? I was thinking of "very nice" in the Borat voice.) And I love that you missed a day but you picked back up and kept going! Way to be buddy!
Oh and let us know how the new menu works! Is it a menu you make yourself? What's it like?
