Well, it seems like a bunch of us are awake and around the board, so I figured I'd start the daily post!
How are my buddies? Are you recovering from the hectic week we've just had? How was everyone's holiday?
Now, what's the plan for the coming week?
My plan: I will be running as far as my legs will take me this week. And I'm trying to keep my calories in check, as well. I'm also going to join a gym, as it's only $10/month! (Yay!) And I will be good, even on NYE!






Im so glad that someone started this thread. I thought there for a bit I would have to and that something I have never done before.
So lets see, I feel like I need about 1 more week to recover from the holiday. My house is a wreck and I really dont feel like spending the only 2 days I have fee cleaning it up. But I have started to get a few things back in order but I am only going to take it one step at a time.
As for this week I have a goal of losing 1 lb. but I would like to lose 2. If I lost 2 than I would be so close to the 150's. I havent seen those numbers in such a long time and I really miss them. I am keeping a journal of everything I eat and my exercise. I am on my way to a new me and really ready to make a change. I have made so many changes this year and I really like the person that I have become. I still have a long ways to go but I'm getting there, one step at a time.
Sounds like you have a good plan for the week Gretal. Stick with it and you will make your goal. You have come so far already. Hey I do have one question, with all the weight that you have lost, do you have any loose skin? I have heard that sometimes when people lose a lot of weight they have the loose skin. I have seen your pics and you dont look like you do. I was just curious.

Well I am only up a pound after all of the holiday eating I have done, and I am going to get back on track today.

Good morning! OK plans for this week:
Cancel YMCA membership, join the gym that is cheaper and closer.
Work on getting healthy calories
Finish insurance paper work and get it all faxed.
Spend time playing outside with Nik
Get textbooks, notebooks and new pens/highlighters...the new semester starts next week! OMG. This might not be accomplished this week, I need to wait for my book loan.
Walk 2 1/2 miles every day, gym three times a week using the stair climber/elliptical machine to run 2 1/2 miles plus the 2 1/2 miles I will walk at home for a total of 5 miles three times a week. Gym Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday.
$10 a month is great! I found 1 gym that is $30 and is really close to me, not that great though. I found another gym that is $15 no contract but is a little bit of a drive and is awesome though. I think I am going with the $15 one. It is worth the drive. Have a great day at work.
