GOOD TUESDAY MORNING, BUDDIES!

I'm baaaaaaa-aaaaaaaaack!  ;o)  I missed you, Buddies!!  How was your Christmas?  We had a very nice time.  My brother and sister and I all managed to be visiting my my parents' house at the same time, and my mom was beside herself with happiness.  I think it was her favorite part of Christmas.  I'm really glad it worked out that way.

Happy Loseday Tuesday!  Whatcha losin' today?  I want to lose "grazing".  My mom's house was full of food, and I've gotten into a terrible habit of eating pretty much constantly.  It stops today!

I have a lot of catching up to do, but it feels good to be back.  The day just doesn't feel right until I've checked in with youse guys!

P.S.  One last reminder from the HHMC committee:  The challenge folder will probably be disappearing shortly after the new year begins, so if you haven't had a chance (What?  You're busy at Christmas time? LOL)  to celebrate with the winners and grab a few blinkies, you still have a few days left!  :o)

Good morning Karen and buddies!

Karen I am running out the door on my way to school but I just wanted to pop in and say welcome back. I am so glad that you had a good time at your moms. Christmas around here was pretty good, Angel had a good time and thats all that matters.

Well I'm off, have a good day buddies and I will be back later this afternoon/evening.

I think grazing would be a good thing for me to lose as well.

Good Morning Buddies..Whew,this was along couple of weeks.I am so looking forward to my kids getting back to school next week, they get bored and bicker and drives me nuts..lol

Dh and I are joining WW and we are joining a gym..YAY..I can't wait and I will have a trainer.I am very excited to begin this new journey and doing it with my dh is even more exciting.I found a gym in town that is only $30 a month and no contract thats the best part and we can go whenever we want they're open 24/7.

I am losing my urge to constantly snack,I do it out of boredom not hunger and I'm DONE..I am also going to post a before and after pic and put one on my fridge..

Hey buddy! Glad you're back! So glad to hear you had a great christmas, too - and seeing your siblings together and your mom so happy - that's what the holidays are really for!

Last night I was up way too late - couldn't sleep because I got such terrible heartburn. Then I got just all around sick and nauseated. It wasn't fun. And this morning I was up again, but I'm certain it's just in relation to whatever hit me last night. I did have more calories than normal yesterday but I still stayed under 1900.

Last night Todd and I went and signed up for a gym. As it worked out, he upgraded my membership in lieu of getting himself one. Because with my upgraded one I can bring a guest every single day - and even the same guest every single day - and then I get extra benefits too - like free tanning, cheap drinks, more trainer time, etc. And this was cheaper than both of us getting the cheapest membership. (For my upgraded service, it was $20/mo.) So since he said he's not into going to the gym without me anyways, he can always just be my guest.

Anyways, today I am losing the remnants of whatever little stomach thing I caught...and I am losing the extra weight I put on yesterday. I'm going to relax a bit longer then I'm off to the new gym!

That's great about joining WW and a gym! I hope it's exactly what you need to make 2009 your year =) And that's great DH is gonna do it with you!

My DH has said he needs to lose weight, too, and said he intends to start going to the gym with me semi-regularly. Hopefully it works!

And hopefully we will be two slim buddies with two hot hubbies =) Yay!
