Well, what do we have here?  Could it be a brand spankin' new week?  Think of all the possibilities!  Just imagine what we can accomplish in the next week -- it boggles the mind!  Let's make the Victory Log work over time this week, Buddies!!  Wouldn't that be a great way to set the tone for the new year?

Who feels like getting victorious?

Happy, healthy, victorious Monday, Everybuddy!!

Good morning, K and buddies!! YES, let's concentrate on filling up the V-log....it'll feel so good to post at least one victory per day!!

I am ow back at work and the routine of it will be good. My vacation time was okay, but I'm ready to get back in the swing. That's easy to say this week (because classes don't start p again for me until next week LOL). I am praying for a much better semester than the last one. Daily exercise will help with all stress, I need to keep remembering. ;o)

Have a good one!! Hugs,

I hope you don't get a full-blown UTI, Tammy, but congrats on getting rid of the sugary stuff. That'll make a world of difference in so many ways! Hugs,

Hey, Rain, welcome back!! I'm doing well, I think, being back at work for the first time since the 23rd is kind of strange but the routine will be nice again.

Good luck undoing your vacation damage. What kinds of changes are you going to be making now that you're home? When does school begin again for you?

Be patient with yourself, G...all of those burnt calories WILL add up. You know your body by now: it'll lose when it's good and ready, and then you'll drop a lot. ;o)

Careful out on the roads, buddy!!

My mom got me a sewing machine a few years back and I LOVE it (and you two just reminded me to pull it out again when I have time).

I'm going to be eating smaller portions while at home. I do alot better at school when I can buy my own food. Both my brother and my father can eat alot, and alot of anything and not show it (they are 6'2-6'4), so family meals are geared towards them. I've been requesting salads and what not though.

I can't wait for school to start. I'm already looking at my schedule, and starting to figure out when I can work, study, and work out. Our first day back is the 12th.

How's work going? I sometimes jump very easily back into routine because I have been away from it. lol

Rain

Enjoy the Simple.

Yes, you'll get used to the weights. They'll become easier, and you will love feeling so strong! Go for it, concentrate on getting strong and feeling invincible...and keep at it even when you don't want to!! Big hugs,

Glad you got to school and back safely (icy roads are no fun...we have them for 6+ months of the year).

I hope your stomach settles soon, eat light and healthy! Hugs,
