Happy Wednesday, Buddies! How was your Loseday? I managed to lose a little off of several portions, so I feel good about that, but I do want to continue the project. I think it needs a little more time to stick.
So, today is Walksday! For new buddies - today is our day to find some extra steps: take the stairs, park farther away from the store, add a few minutes to the time on the treadmill, walk in place while watching TV - anything! Does everybuddy have your walking shoes on?

Well it was crackers and cheese....so counted out crackers and 1 piece of cheese...I DID get on the Treadmill....only 16 minutes but better than none!!!

Hello to all...
I haven't been able to excercise since Monday. I have been cleaning and rearranging everything from the holidays. I have been on a war path with a garbag bag. I also had to go grocery shopping today. I get mentally drained when shopping. I don't know if it's just the town I live in or what... but these people are nuts!LOL Well the days not over so I am going to try and get dinner cooked so I can at least get a few minutes in on the gazelle. Although I did weigh myself and lost 1lb since the last time I was on there. I am just really scared I'll fall back into old habits and start gaining. At least I am really sticking to the "no sweets" part of my diet. And right now that's the biggest thing is sticking to my diet. Other than that it's getting colder and starting to snow! Finally!!LOL
