Hello, Buddies!  Hello, Puter! 


I swear to you - when I'm queen of the world, I'm going to have my very own computer. LOL  J was on here all day and most of last night!  (It's the final week of the semester, and -even though I didn't think it was possible- her workload has gotten even crazier!)  I'm just going to post a quick good morning now, go catch a nap, and then come back and read everything I've missed since yesterday morning.


Have a terrific Loseday Tuesday, Buddies!  What do you want to lose today?  I want to lose emotional eating.  I don't know why, but I've been especially bad about this for the last few days.  I really have to find another way to deal with my stress - and I will!


I shall return after a few ZZZZZ's!

Morning Karen! Poor J! What are they doing to that poor girl? I hope she gets through the final week okay. Will next semester get any easier for her?

Today I gotta run to work and then class. And then go to the gym with Todd. I've been dealing with the last remnants of a flu for the past 4-5 days now and I'll tell ya what, I'm over it! I'd choose that as my thing to lose if I could. I keep planning on lots of sleep, but something always keeps me up. Over the weekend I didn't sleep in once because I'd have coughing fits all night.

For real though, I choose to lose my big appetite after dinner. I've been making decent dinners and doing a pretty good job of limiting the amount of my portions. But then each night I decide I'm still hungry and MAKE dessert instead of my normal eating of a 100 calorie pack or a piece of fruit. Sunday night I made bananas foster and last night I made angel food cake with coconut cream cheese icing. What the heck am I thinking? So tonight I may have a tiny bit of cake, but nothing more than that. Just a sliver. And no making desserts for the rest of the week. Especially when the dessert has about the same calories as the dinner!

Morning Buddies,


Karen I can't believe how schools push so much on these kids.


Is there a rule that says you have to toast english muffins? My breakfast today and yesterday was that with some peanut butter. And I didnt toast it and i felt like I was breaking the law....lol.


So I went to my free training session last night and boy did I get a work out! I felt so out of shape but good at the same time. Afterwards I sat down and looked at prices. The package that I am interested in is $2,484. Yikes! So needless to say thats not going to happen right now.


However I plan to start saving for it. With that said I think my loseday goal will be thinking of ways on how to lose my frivalous spending. So now its like "Okay what now?" I'll continue to try and eat healthy and go walking when I can.


Time to get to work...talk to you all later!


P.S. I need html help again....below the picture...I changed it...and no matter what option I choose it doesnt come up...am

Haha I did the same thing last night when I ate a burger from Wendy's. Hey it happens from time to time but the important thing is that we recongize the mistake, and don't make it a habit yea? Plus you work hard so much all the time a little reward for yourself I think is

Hello buddies!

I need to make an effort to get here more often. With having school M, T & W it gets tough to squeeze everything in, but I will make more of an effort.

Bruce and I started my Jillian Michaels DVD, 30 day schred, and it is awesome! I love it! It is only 20 minutes...3 minutes strength training, 2 minutes cardio and 1 minute of abs...it a circuit of three times, with a warm up and cool down. It is non-stop, no breaks, but it is really good. We love it and will try to do it for 30 days.

Nothing else much new here buddies...same old, same old...laundry, cleaning, kids, LOL...that's about it.
