Have you realized what I realized??? We made it through the week and the weekend is now beckoning us!! WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!! LOL

Yes, can you tell I can't wait to have some days off?? The big plus for me is that we have ZERO obligations this weekend. Nothing scheduled. Nothing to race around for or get out of bed for. LOL I can't tell you how good that feels. I have a ton of homework to accomplish, but that doesn't even seem daunting. It'll be too cold to venture out anyways. Life is good. :o)

SO, what are you all up to this weekend? My plan is to be SO on-track that I hit One-derland by Monday (I have .4 pounds to go). Does anyone have any short-term goals? Please share, and let's inspire and push each other along.

I am finally on anti-anxiety pills, which are also depression pills... so... they are like balancer?? lol I don't know.

The good news, is that I'm not getting as wound up or stressed, which means I'm not stress eating and my portion sizes and cravings for fatty, greasy, or sugary foods has darn near died. YAY. The bad news is they make me feel like I'm hungry or slightly sick. (That hungry stomach ache thing??) I hope it goes away, cause it makes me want to eat even though it also makes me not want to eat.... yeah, I'm confused too.

Anyway, I have successfully turned int all my assignments so far, which is exciting. I also am very close to breaking into the 160s again. Whooo-hoooo. This weekend I'm going to get some down time, and relax abit, then go back to group projects. I swear there isn't enough hours in the sunday-thrusday days!

Yay for an obligation-free weekend! That must feel awesome! And I am so ready to celebrate one-derland with you on Monday!

I have been hovering right around 170 all week. My short term goal is to get back to my ticker weight! It may be AF's extra baggage, I dunno. Either way, I want it gone. And to help myself get back there, I've decided that despite me having scheduled a splurge day, I have decided to forgo it, which might be difficult as Todd is still planning on the splurge day. We haven't been eating out much, so I will still get something out, but it will be healthy!

I am going grocery shopping this afternoon, so I will stock up on the healthy food. I'm excited for the week to come and ready to lose! I will say despite not losing this week, having gotten back into weights, I feel stronger and healthier all around. So even if I haven't lost an ounce, I still feel even better!

I know you are thrilled to be able to stay in this weekend. I can't wait to celebrate the entry into 'onderland' with you!! You are doing great, buddy!


My weekend will be tackling my spare bedroom which doubles as a catch all for junk. Getting rid of the rest of the "fat" clothes too. No more excuses for putting the weight back on. I absolutely HATE having to buy a bigger size so a great incentive to keep it off and keep it going down!

What is this Onderland? It sounds interssting


Anyways my plan is to do nothing. I actually did the laundray last night! And finished the dishes. Tonight I plan on going around to find all the socks tht are left around and ironing and finishing up the last of the dishes then cleaning the dining room (AGAIN!). And thats it.


Tomorrow I am going to a friends house to play cards and hang out for the day. Sunday will most likely be a videogame/movie day as usual BUT no laundry and thats wonderful :DD

Yay for finishing all the laundry last night and having some free time today! Although it does sound like you have enough other things on your list today that you'll still be quite busy! I hope you do find some time for something FUN in there as well!

(Oh and one-derland is just a play on words. It's the term used for getting out of the 200's and into the 100's...it's such a great place to be, hence one-derland =)...)
