>>>Yaaaawn<<<<< Just woke up! J has the day off from school today and I have no Monday classes, so no alarm clock for me! Yay!
How was your weekend, Buddies? Did you burn calories? Have fun? Take really good care of yourselves? My weekend was fun but not as healthy as I would have liked. I desperately need to get to the grocery store. I don't make the best choices when we need groceries.
So, here we are - ready for a brand new week of losing! What are your goals for today, everybuddy? My goal is to get some healthy food in this house!!!

I went to yoga, and I'm sitting just 0.2 lbs below 170 right now. Those are the good things.
But, I'm soooooo busy though. Holy cow, this is insane. I hope with just eating right and yoga I can lose weight cause I have NO time for anything else. I can't even watch House and Bones. *sad*
Hope everyone else has a less hectic schedule for the week! lol

Ooh that's nice - no alarm clock on a monday! I can think of few better things ;)
I was pretty good this weekend. I mostly stayed on track with calories and exercise and am down into the 160s again. I vow to be good this week so I can stay here - and maybe move a little further down into the 160s!
My only goal this week is to make it through within calorie limits and get at least three days of exercise in. I'm aiming for three, but planning on five, so we'll see how that goes!
Anyways, I hope everyone has a great week! Let's all make great choices!
My weekend was great. Extremely productive. Friday I cleaned really good, I mean the house was spotless and laundry was done. So saturdy and sunday I was lazy bones! Saturday not so much cause I went to my friends house to play cards and hang out.
Yesterday we cleaned the office and layed around so I was really happy with the weekend.
Tonight I have to finish the project we started last night and getting things in order, like bills, important papers, etc. Just to be more organzied. And were going to be moving aruond some furniture to create more room in our office. So I plan to burn some calories tonight definitely!
Until then Im eating a salad, apple, drinking water (also cause i th ink im getting a cold).

I know its busy but I think you're going to do well. Just keep focused and it'll get better.
