Okay, this is just wrong. We were supposed to get 2 to 4 inches of snow today, and now they've downgraded it to an inch of slush. Really? Sigh.
So, anyway, happy Loseday!! Even without snow, Loseday is worth celebrating, right? So, what do you want to lose today, Buddies? I'm going to lose stress - as much as possible. I'm going to target the things that are hanging over my head and stressing me out, and eliminate as many as possible. (Phone calls I need to make, emails I need to return, bills I need to pay, lessons I need to plan....) I'm juggling too much, and the stress is making me want to eat. I've got a mental picture that I'm kind of enjoying of me in a space cruiser (like in Star Wars) blasting away at the stress ships that come my way. :o)

Okay so I stuck to my plan yesterday with the foods. But I did it totally wrong. I was on the bus n the way to the gym and I was sooooooo tired and sooooo hungry! When I got there I talked to one of the trainers and they said I need to add to my snacks. So and omg I just had a thought......my snacks are my special k bars...WHICH I CANT EAT! -_- i'll just have to settle for my bannana. Well actually I dont know if I should have a snack since today is my day off for the gym. I mean I do plan on going walking at lunch so I'll eat a mid morning snack but thats probably it I think.

Karen, if you want snow you are more than welcome to mine. We had a lot of snow last week and got another 4 in. today. Its been really cold here and we are supposed to get another inch tonight.
So about my Loseday, IT SUCKED! It all started this morning when I was trying to battle the snow that was pouring down. Than it happened, I flipped my car on its side in a ditch. Thankfully me and my car were not hurt. It was really scary though. I am still really shaken up and scared to drive. So needless to say I have not done well with my Loseday. I have eaten 3 pieces of Pizza Hut pizza and I am really ashamed that I let a friend and my own stress talk me into it. I still put in 7 hours at school today and really tried to make the best of it. I dont want to go back to school until winter is over with but right now I have no other option. I hope tomorrow is better.
Well, I just finished cooking supper and yes I made something healthy to try and counter act today actions. So have a good evening and night buddies.
