Happy Walksday, Buddies!!


How was your Loseday, Everybuddy?  Did you lose what you set out to lose?  I had a rough day diet-wise, but I did make a list of all the little things hanging over my head and I made it most of the way through.  I enjoyed getting all that stuff done so much that I'm considering making the to-do list a part of every day.  I make lists for big things like vacations and Christmas, but not really for every day.


Hmmmm...our first Walksday during the March to March.  Our dogs will be tired tonight!!  How do you all feel about trying to add a little extra today -- maybe just half a mile or a mile?  Imagine our total tomorrow!


We did get a little snow last night, but not enough to cancel class.  It's probably a good thing.  This is the class that was cancelled last week.  I'm afraid they wouldn't remember to come back if they got another week off!

I'm still having a horrible time with eating too much if I go into a dinning center. Ugh I need more discipline!


I do have a goal though now. I want to lose or try to lose, 2 pounds a week. I think that's a healthy slope for wieght loss. Right now I'm at 166 and hopefully moving to 164.

HI Karen and Buddies!


My loseday could have been better. I did end up eating a snack, a bowl of cereal heh heh. atleast it wasnt the cake thing in the freezer.


Today is a good walks day so far, I just got back from my lunch time walk and plan to go to the gym. And I brought snacks with me so I won't be all sluggish on my way to the gym.


Alright...time to eat my cereal! Have a great day buddies.

Aw mary sorry to hear you're sick. Sounds like you have what my mom just had. Gosh she was so weak this past weekend. I don't blame you for not walking, maybe you can get a few extra steps in at practice tonight.

Our dining room use to be tough with cutting back too. BUT I worked on campus at an hour where I actually never had time to go for dinner. But on Friday's I had off and when I had to stay on weekend and it was taco day oh man did I splurge haha. And they had an ice cream machine...so that made things worse.


Don't worry Rain you'll find a routine, its hard I know especially if you're commuting (which I forget if you were) But just try you'll do fine :)

Yes, our shuttle picks us up at our old location because there are still some departments that haven't moved yet (their space isn't finished in the new building) and it brings us to the new office in NYC.
