Wow, what a busy Thirstday I had.  I ran from thing to thing to thing yesterday, and never even got back here, so I've got some catching up to do!


How was your Thirstday?  I think I drank enough - especially in my class.  Oy, those buildings are so dry!  I'm going to concentrate on continuing the hydration today.

Morning Karen and buddies!


Yes today is friday and I couldn't be happier. My plans include healthy eating, and exercise. Even though its friday I still plan on hitting the gym. I remembered to bring my sneakers too. On Wednesday I wore boots cause of snow and had to wear them in the gym too (which im prob not allowed to). And I tried to alternate with jogging but my feet hurt so bad. My spur flared up a few weeks ago so any increased amount of activity hurts my foot.


I really need to make sure I stick to my guns today because tomorrow Im going to my friends house and there's always snacks. In fact I bought all the boys girl scout cookies. So Wish me luck!


So yes...yesterday I was stressed at work. 2 issues came up one was my fault because I didnt take paperwork to payroll right away. No big deal cause it did go down there but it could have been if I didnt take it and he never got paid. The other issue isnt me but anything that happens that can affect the department I always feel at fault. I've made so many mistakes I feel like people are expected to blame me. And I just can't get rid of this thought that any day now they're going to term me. Im trying really hard not to stress about this because I know i'll upset my stomach. But I can't help it.

Good Morning!

I sorta didn't do so great with Thirstday... I was so miserable at work yesterday I rarely left my desk for fear of not being able to muster the courage to return to it, hehe! 3 big mugs of hot tea were all that I got down.

On a more positive note, I feel much better today. So, I'm also going to focus on hydration today. I have today off (I usually clean for extra cash on Fridays but cncled because of my cold and sore arms) so I'm going to get some laundry, hydrating and studying done. Quiz at 4, and then a nice cardio workout... time to put some milage on the March to March board! I think a long visit to the sauna is in order too. I'm relaxed already just thinking about it! Then, BF will be over for a relaxing movie I think.

Suggested dance track for today: Stevie Wonder, Superstition (how can you hear that song and not get moving?!)

Well...now we are in the raining mode. All this time I was busy walking, jogging and biking. Looks like more walks for me today. I am okay with it. When I started my walking journey, I did not walk very long. One yr later I upped my walking lever to 1 hour then 2 hours everyday. I kept adding different workouts like biking last yr. This helped my body get so confused and worked up that I lost my 29 pounds. Now I am controlling at 123.

Oh man a full week and then another 36 hours? That is rough...but Im sure once he gets through it it'll be smooth sailing.


I hope your feeling better! There is def something going around here, and it was even in the news. Have fun in your sunny weather!
