Happy Loseday!  I'm kind of in a rush right now, but I'll be back later to finish up and change our ticker.  Before I dash though - I need to figure out what I'm going to lose today.  Hmmmm....I have to go with stress again.  Last Tuesday I made a list of things that were stressing me and spent the day checking them off.  It was really satisfying.  I think I need to make that much more a part of my life.  I'm going to make another list for today and see if I can lose some more stress.


What do you want to lose on this fine Loseday, Buddies?

Good morning, Karen!!! I am sending all kinds of good vibes that you can alleviate that stress, buddy...or make it work for you somehow!

I am going to lose my total rollercoastering, yo-yo'ing mood swings. I don't know if it's stress, or hormones, or WHAT, but it has been CRAZY, and I am making the CHOICE to change it!! I can't be fun to live with (well, at least half the time LOL).

Im going to try and lose this silly negative vibe I have. Not sure why I have but i do and it needs to go. Im all by myself at work, which mean I tend to check out funny cat pictures hehe. Oh well....I should get to work and try to focuse...Im getting sleepy already...I still think im coming down with something.

Ok... Somehow, over the weekend I gained 4 pounds.... so I'm at 169 now. But I really am not entire sure what I did so out of the blue that caused that. I wonder if it's the general over-eating at the dinning center come back to haunt me...


I did get to the gym yesterday, and I ahve been doing my ten minute work outs each morning so maybe I can slowly lose it.


This week I'm hoping to hit 168 by Saturday. :-) We shall see.


As for lose day, I wanna lose this 'awake-ness' I have at night. It'd be nice to hit the bed and go to sleep with in 10 minutes for once.

I wish I was the opposite beacuse I can lay down and fall asleep at the drop of a dime sometimes....

Sometimes I would love to be able to do that. On normal it takes me 15 to 30 minutes to fall asleep even when very tired.

I need to work on 'food that is good for me' I think, and then not over eating too much. I'm not eating till I'm stuffed, but I do think I'm eating more than I actually need by a good amount.
