GOOD TUESDAY MORNING, BUDDIES!
24

Well, poot!  I just typed a whole good morning, and it disappeared!  Oooooo, I don't like that!

So, let me try this again:

Good morning, Buddies!!

How are you on this lovely Loseday Tuesday?  I'm freezing!  Our house is a cold place in the morning.  Wouldn't you think I'd lose a few ounces just from the shivering and trying to stay alive?  I mean really!  Where's the justice?  :o)

So, Loseday - What would you like to lose today, Buddies?  I think I'd like to work on losing my attitude toward exercise.  I'm not really sure how I'm going to do it, but I really have to think of something because I just hate it, and since I'm going to have to do it for the rest of my life if I want to be healthy, I'd better think of something!  Today, I'm going to pray for a positive outlook before I start my walk, and I'm going to search for the positives as I walk.

Have a wondeful Loseday, Buddies!  I hope you lose and lose and lose!!

((((HUGS)))) - Karen

Can I try to help with some positives? Exercise feels good AFTER it's done (you have to admit that LOL)...it will help you stay more active and healthier as you age (less chance of injuries and ailments)...it helps you feel confident and capable (always good feelings to have). I could go on and on LOL

GOOD LUCK wrapping your brain around all of the positives, buddy.

I don't know what to lose today...the overeating habit of the weekend would be a good place to begin. Oh, and lose tis sore throat and swollen glands (do NOT want to get full-blown sick). ;o)

Have an outstandingly active day, K!

Good afternoon buddies!

Let's see, today I'd like to lose the "Oh well, next time" attitude. I keep putting things off that I need to just buckle down and do, so that's my Loseday wish.

I have so much to share with you buddies. We got a leopard gecko, we named it Leo, but it may be a Leona, we're not sure. It's pretty cool and fun and neat to watch. I never thought that I would be a lizard and frogs kind of gal, but they are so much fun!

My sister is getting married and she asked me to be her Matron of Honor. I am so excited!!!! She also asked if I would sing at her wedding! It's not for another year and a half, but I am super excited for her. She really deserves a great wedding day!

Well, that's about all for now. I hope you all have a great loseday!

PS...If any of you know of any really nice wedding songs let me know, ok.

Oh buddies - I have not been good! My weight went up from Valentine's Day and what did I do on Monday to get back on board - went to that d@mn restaurant with those big golden archy things. And did I get salad? Oh no, that'd be too healthy! ARGH! So I am now officially up about 6 pounds from my lowest. I could kick something I'm so mad.

So when I thought about it, I realized I lost the most when I exercised in the morning. So on all the days that I make excuses for not exercising because I get home late or garbage like that, I am just gonna do it in the morning! And that keeps me on track with food during the day because I don't want to undo my good work. So it started this morning! I stopped watching TV before work and got moving this morning and felt pretty darn good about it. It wasn't as much as I coulda/shoulda done, but I gotta start somewhere! I will try to do more tonight after I eat, too.

And for whatever reason, AF is attacking me this month with super sleepiness. So I will get to bed good and early tonight!! Alright, gotta run now and start dinner!

1. I love the gecko! I posted tons of comments on the pictures. HAHA! I really do love those little things!

2. I love the song "At Last" by Etta James. I think it's probably one of the easier songs to sing, too. If I would have had singing at my wedding, I probably would have used it. Except my roommate (who I had told the song would be my first dance song - mind you, that was before Todd and I were super serious) used it as HER first dance song. (I'm not bitter. HAHA)

3. Congrats to your sister! YAY for weddings!!

Wow Gretal, that was my first choice as well. It fits her so perfectly...she's 35 and getting married for the first time, LOL. Plus, as you said, it is easy to sing, and just an all around AWESOME song. Bruce doesn't think it's a "wedding" song though, as in during the service. I think he's probably right. I should probably sing something churchy, LOL.
