Well, poot! I just typed a whole good morning, and it disappeared! Oooooo, I don't like that!
So, let me try this again:
Good morning, Buddies!!
How are you on this lovely Loseday Tuesday? I'm freezing! Our house is a cold place in the morning. Wouldn't you think I'd lose a few ounces just from the shivering and trying to stay alive? I mean really! Where's the justice? :o)
So, Loseday - What would you like to lose today, Buddies? I think I'd like to work on losing my attitude toward exercise. I'm not really sure how I'm going to do it, but I really have to think of something because I just hate it, and since I'm going to have to do it for the rest of my life if I want to be healthy, I'd better think of something! Today, I'm going to pray for a positive outlook before I start my walk, and I'm going to search for the positives as I walk.
Have a wondeful Loseday, Buddies! I hope you lose and lose and lose!!

(((Gretal))) that 6 pounds (and more) will be gone before you know it. I can feel your "renewed-effort" attitude coming through in your post!! Excellent to dig in and exercise in the morning. I may just have to follow suit there, buddy, 'cause morning is my best time, too. NO EXCUSES...right?! LOL

Hey, Bennie, it sounds like you are keeping a good attitude about the commute...I'm glad that it's working out.

No buddy, it didn't work out quite that well, unfortunately. Last night I got a major sweet tooth and Todd wanted me to run out to go pick up his glasses with him. So we did that at 8pm yesterday - and it was right next to a Sam's club and we ran in there and I got a soft serve ice cream. Then I felt guilty and went home and exercised to try to make up for it.
I am actually down a bit today, but I think it was the salt-weight. Hopefully I'll get down some more very soon - I feel so yucky and bloated.
But to top it all off, this morning I woke up with my throat and lungs raw - I must have been coughing all night, but I was too tired to wake up from it. I overslept and didn't exercise. So today I will exercise on my lunch break and then after my class that gets out at 8 tonight.
And I will be in bed before 11 because I've got this dang cold and I don't want it to get much worse. Plus, I'm just plain old exhausted!!
