Happy Loseday, Buddies!!
I'm just back from driving J to school. She got to go in 2 hours early this morning. The roads in our neighborhood are a solid sheet of ice, so we were fishtailing all the way, but once we got to the main road, it wasn't bad.
So what do you want to lose today? I want to lose the idea that I can't be in the house with anything yummy without losing control. I have to learn to do that. If I lived alone, I'd be able to get all the goodies out of my world when I'm dieting, but I can't, so I need to learn to face them. I'm going to try allowing myself a taste of foods that drive me crazy. Have you ever noticed that a lot of forbidden foods don't actually taste all that great when you allow yourself to eat them?
