Stalled in my weight loss!

Hi everyone!
For about 1-1/2 months, I have been changing all of my eating habits and eating much smaller portions of food. In addition, I have been exercising a lot. In that time, I have lost about 9 pounds total. I can feel some of my clothes are fitting better and I generally feel good. The problem is.. nothing else is happening! I haven't lost any more weight and am getting frustrated. I don't know what else I can do at this point. I have committed myself to a healthy lifestyle, but why is nothing happening?
Any advice would be wonderful! Thanks..

Hey, Melissa, I'm so glad you found us and posted! You are in a situation we've all been in, but you hit the nail on the head when you said you were "committed" to a healthy lifestyle. That means persevering despite stalling, and keeping going in the right direction whether you are getting a "quick fix" from it or not. Do you agree?
Effort will ALWAYS pay off, just maybe not in the time frame we demand it to. Keep persevering, and you WILL see more results!!! Big hugs and good luck!
