Happy Thirstday, Buddies!

I am in serious need of a good Thirstday.  I didn't drink nearly enough yesterday.  It seemed like every time I thought about getting a drink, there was a reason why I couldn't, and then when I could, I didn't think about it!  Today = gluggorama!

In addition to my hydrating activities, I have one more final exam to give tonight -- then it's grading time!  There's a lot of counting and math in my future.  Oh, my aching head.

What are your plans for today?  Got water?  I hope you have a happy hydrationy day!

Hiya!

Today my stomach is not happy...I dont know why (well i have an inkling) but it hurts...and its upset, I forsee lots of bathroom trips.

However I do plan on drinking lots of water...I've manage to get myself up to 3 16.0 oz of water a day during work so Im pretty happy about that. AND I took the 55 this morning, so I got a 15 minute walk in this morning. So besides my stomach its been a good morning.

Enjoy your day buddies!

I actually did very well yesterday drinking water, but it was because I walked for 1 1/2 hours and then I mowed lawn for 1 1/2 hours.
