GOOD TUESDAY MORNING, BUDDIES!

Happy Loseday!!  I'm getting back on program after two days off.  I usually take one, but Mother's Day turned into sort of a day off too, so I'm going to have to work extra hard for the rest of this week!

What do you want to LOSE today?  I think I want to lose the blues.  There's been lot's of stress around here lately - financial mostly - and it's sort of worn me down to the point where I'm having a hard time seeing past it.  I'm going to lose the clouds today and hang onto the silver linings!

Have a lovely Loseday Tuesday, Buddies!!

I would like to lose the feeling of "Chubby" ever since I've started to lose weight, I've been feeling "Chubby" or at least noticing the chubby-ness which is really weird for I HAVE been losing weight and getting stronger. So I feel good too. I just am noticing my tummy or flabby arms more than I use to? I dunno.

Today feels like monday for me, but I am SOOOOO happy it's summer. Finally. lol

Rain

Enjoy the Simple.

Afternoon buddies!

I hope you are all having a great loseday! Today I want to lose some weight!!! ;)

I am on day 2 of what I hope will be a long string of on plan days. I feel pretty good and am hoping that this continues. I hurt my knee so exercising and the gym are kind of on hold for a while. I am back on the Slim Fast Optima plan, and so far, so good.

The kids keep me so busy but hopefully now that it's summer and school and such are ending I'll be able to be here more. It's just so hard not to go out and enjoy this warmer weather!

I originally hurt my knee in high school during cheerleading practice. Now it doesn't take much, especially with the extra weight, and any little misstep or wobble of my ankle can throw it off again. I should have had surgery but didn't, and am paying for it now. I wasn't able to put much weight on it and couldn't carry the kids for a few days. It feels better now but is very weak.

I'm sorry you're feeling blue, Karen. I hope the stress eases and that things get better for you. Please know you are in my thoughts and that we are here for you!

Best wishes,

You're right, stress sure takes energy so it seems like it should burn calories!
