I was on my way to the computer when I noticed I was very thirsty. Can you imagine such a thing on Thirstday? So, I stopped into the kitchen for a big ol' glass of water. I feel much better now. I've really been slacking in the hydration department -- even last Thirstday didn't help -- so today, I'm determined. In fact, I'm determined to stick with it through Sunday night. (I weigh in on Monday morning, so I that's why I set that deadline.) Actually, I'd like to stick with it forever, but baby steps, right? Sooooooooooooo, I'm going to keep track of and post my water consumption for the next 4 days. That's my Thirstday commitment!
How are you today, Buddies? Got your hydration supplies ready? I hope you have a wonderfully wet and wacky Thirstday!
((((HUGS)))) - Karen

Hey Karen,
I've been really good about my water, that's about all I drink. It's the eating that I need to work on. I had 2 good days in a row, one bad day, and now I'm working on another good day. It's so hard though because AF is due today and she is hard to control. The thought of chocolate and raspberry sounds really good, like drizzled on a chocolate cake. Oh my, I have to distract myself with something else now!
Anyhow, I've been working in the yard today. I spent two hours moving big rocks in my front yard flower bed while the kids played in the back yard. I check on them every few minutes...it works.
Have a great day buddies!
Fighting my way back to me!

I'm the same as you, I mostly drink water and my tea in the morning, other than that on the weekends when I'll have a glass of wine or a soda, it's the food I still need to work on.

Hauling rocks would have to burn some major calories!
