Morning Buddies!
Yes today is thirstday and we have no water! I dont drink the water out of the faucet or the filter because of the sanitation issue we had months ago. It taste funny and I dont want to grow another arm or something. I have been sticking to the bottled water we were getting but were out. I'll have to send the interns to go fetch some for us. Otherwise i'll have to make a trip out -_-
So today it's back to my ramen noodles for lunch. I had a small muffin for breakfast with some OJ. Lunch is ramen and 100 cal snack pack. Oh crap i forgot about dinner >.< I didn't plan anything....guess that means were having spaghetti lol, which means i;ll have to pick up sauce...doh. Were at the end of our line for food which is okay cause we'll run out just as we leave for vacation. Wooo hoo vacation! 1 week left and oh my is there so much I still have to do.
Well buddies I need to go find some H2o, have a great day!

Good morning.
I need to work on drinking my water (8 glasses a day) and I need to learn not to binge!!!
On a bright note though, I went to the gym this morning, and I have a fitness class tonight. I have a goal to burn 500 calories a day via exercise. I am not quite hitting that some days, nor am I going to the gym every day, so this is certainlly a goal I need to work on to accheive. :-)

Oh man am I glad it was Thirstday today! I had an extra fill-up of water during my lecture this morning. Then after lecture I went to the gym to run. When I got there nobody was there! I mean really there were 3 people total including me, but not including employees (who outnumbered us!). One guy was lifting weights, I was on the treadmill (one of nearly 40-50, so I felt pretty alone in the treadmill section) and one girl was on an arc trainer.
I seriously could not figure out why it was so empty when every other day at that time there are usually around 30 people there or so. So I ignored it and got ready and started running. And I started noticing I was panting faster and was sweating profusely - way more than normal. So I kept gulping my water. At about 2.5 miles in, and very near exhaustion, I realized the front door was propped open (it wasn't when I walked in, though) and the a/c must be broken! I am a lover of warm weather - and I'm quick to get cold and last to notice when a room is warm - so it hadn't dawned on me until then. By that time I was soaked. So I was SO THANKFUL I had had that much extra water! I started walking to catch my breath before pounding out the last mile.
Anyway, enough about that. I am already feeling stronger again and really getting into the swing of things. My legs and arms after only a few days are regaining their lost definition - or maybe that's all in my head. Either way, I like it =0) Now I just need to make sure I get more sleep and the pattern to get to goal will be set! Yay!
