Whew! Made it while there's still some morning left! We're going to be a little crazy around here for a while getting ready for J's graduation. We're not actually having a party, but lots of family members are coming to see her graduate, and they're all coming here afterward, so it's beginning to feel kind of partyish anyway. I've got lots of cleaning and planning to do! (Any spare energy vibes would be appreciated!)
So, what's up with you on this lovely Loseday? Have you thought of something you'd like to kick to the curb today? I think I'm going to try to kick fear to the curb. I have a mammogram on Thursday, and I'm kind of stressed about it. Last year, I ended up having to have a biopsy after my mammogram, so I'm a little spooked now. Fear makes me nervous which makes me want to eat -- that can't be good for the diet!
Have a wonderful day, Buddies!!

I will definitely say a prayer that the mammogram goes well. I think your fear/anxiety is definitely understandable, but I also think you're right to not let it affect you. Kicking it to the curb is a good idea!
Today I am kicking to the curb my sense of being overwhelmed. I can only do what I can do, ya know? I'm not gonna let myself get stressed beyond belief over all this. I'll do what I can do and it's gonna have to be good enough!
Anyway, I'm feeling pretty good today. Eating is on track and ran a 5k on the treadmill and now I'm gonna play around online for a tiny bit before getting back to studying =)
Hope all my buddies have a great day!
Hmmm, I suppose I have plenty of things I should try to kick to the curb but where to start???

You ran a 5k on your treadmill?

Thanks Bennie! Sounds like a great walk - and fun one, to boot!! For the 5k, I just click the little "5k" option and let loose. I usually try to do at least 3 miles on the treadmill, but I don't always use that automatic option.
Man -$12!! What a bargain is right!
And thanks for all the kind words =o)
Thanks for the prayers, ((((Gretal)))) -- they're just what I need.

I'm sorry about the sleep problems, (((Bennie))).

I will keep you in my thoughts. I need to go for my first mammogram and I'm scared, too. I've been putting it off. Shame on me. Hugs for you!
E N E R G Y V I B E S!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I've been experiencing the same sleep problem and am sorry to hear you're dealing with it, too. It's miserable. I finally started taking something to help me sleep a couple weeks ago. I'm hoping regular exercise will help. I hope it gets better for you!!!!!
Night night,
