Happy Loseday, Buddies!


Sorry I'm so late today.  My poor computer is having some problems staying online.  Even now, it seems to "think" it's offline, but I got to the board, so I don't know what that means.  I hope this actually posts.


So, how is your Loseday going?  Have you lost anything yet?  I plan to lose my poor health habits - specifically, I want to get to sleep on time and get up at a good time; I want to remember to take my vitamins; and I want to reduce the amount of unhealthy fats in my diet.

I want to lose eating thinking I am hungry all the time and eating whatever is in sight.


Today was a busy morning and a very hot day again.

Hi Buddies!


Karen I totally hear you on the getting to bed early. THats one of my goals for tonight! I am anxious to get under those covers


Today is good, this morning started out really nice. I didn't get to eat breakfast at home, and its radar's fault. This morning when bill go up, radar layed beside me and we cuddled, and every so often he would look up at me...my heart just melted ^_^ I couldnt leave the precious fuzzball.


So for breakfast I went to DD...had a eggwhite veggie flatbread sandwich. 290 cals not bad! And water. I decided against the coffee. Earlier this week I thought..."do i really need the coffee?" So I thought here's what i'll do, on days that i do my long walk to the bus i'll stop and treat myself to some coffee, since its only 45cals. On days that I dont do my long walk i'll skip the coffee. I havent felt too bad with out it. I mean I am kinda sluggish but its not effecting my work and thats all that matters.


Tonight I have my first personal training session. They had a session 6 for like $260..I couldn't pass it up. Any training I can get my hands on Im gonna go for it!


Im done putting laundry away, but I still have another load to put in which isn't bad. Its nothing too big that I have to fold and iron. Tonight its soup and salad for dinner beacuse I know im going to be dead lol. either way im psyched! But really looking forward to getting to relax a bit tonight.
