HAPPY THURSDAY, Buddies!

Good morning, my Sunshines! How is everyone doing so far today?

I am feeling refreshed after my mid-week holiday (Canada Day). I spent all afternoon with a dear friend (the one that's sick with liver disease). He wasn't feeling all that well but we managed to laugh and visit and went to see "Wolverine".

When I got home, DH, DD and I had a quickie supper (spinach salad and leftover grilled pork tenderloin...mmmmmmmm), and went to see "Transformers". LOL Haven't had a 2-movie day in decades! We had free movie coupons and didn't buy junk food, so it was a super-cheap evening. YAY!

Now, back at work for 2 days, getting ready for another office move (my 4th in 16 months)...going to make some low-sugar apples & cinnamon oatmeal (will mix in some unsweetened applesauce, too)... and THEN will try to get some work done. *big sigh*

Hydrate, eat fresh and healthy, walk everywhere! And keep those gorgeous smiles on your faces! :o)

Morning, Roni!

I don't think I've ever gone out to see two movies in one day!

Yeah, the movies were okay. I believe they were both sequels, and I never saw the previous ones...but I don't think I was too lost with Jen and my buddy explaining the "background" to me. LOL

Our office is getting out at 3:00 today and my boss let me work from our old office so ideally I'll be home by 3:30!!!

You are beginning to strike me as some sort of "Rocker Chick", Bennie, with all of your bands and concerts! heehee

I hope you have a dry night. We are in super-drought up here...dismal situation for farmers. Nothing is growing, livestock is starving. :( Too much or too little is
