Hey all!
I want to get back on plan...I'm feeling yucky!
I have NO problems losing weight...my problem is giving up too fast. Not because I'm not seeing results but just because I lose motivation.
WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG WITH ME!!! ahhhhh!
I could have been way past my goal by now. My goal was to lose 20lbs by my birthday...that isn't going to happen now. My birthday is August 25. So now my goal is to lose 10lbs by my birthday. Or as much as I can. I have a 4 month old who is great, so he can't be an excuse. Except other than I'd rather be playing with him than working out or planning for breakfast and lunch the next day. My real problem is that I just want to be with family after work, not bolt off to work out. I wish I could get my hubby motivated to do some type of exercise with me in the afternoons. That would keep me going. Or if I could just bring myself to get up at 5 every morning I could go do stuff while hubby and baby are still sleeping. Thanks for reading!
