Did you wake up feeling ready to lose? Do you have that Loseday Tuesday spirit? Have you been humming Loseday songs to yourself as you put up your Loseday decorations? ;o)
Yep, it's Loseday! What do you want to lose today, Buddies? I think I need to lose all the stuff in my head that's crowding out my motivation to lose -- anxiety over finances, sadness over my girls growing up (I knew it was coming, but ouch.), lonliness because we lost our social life a few years back, and we haven't been able to find a way to replace it -- all those things are filling my brain and convincing me that I have no reason to lose weight. I know it's not true, but let's face it, my brain doesn't need much convincing when it comes to an excuse to eat. ;o) I want to sweep that junk out and fill the space with good reasons to lose.
Howzabout you, Buddies? You got something you want to lose? Today's the day!
Have a wonderful Loseday, everybuddy!
((((HUGS)))) - Karen

Good Morning Karen and buddies, I've been MIA for a few days,I have a house full of sickies. The kids started school 2 weeks ago and now their both sick.Fevers, sore throats just nasty stuff, and I am praying I don't get it.I've really have been lacking in the exercise dept so I really need to get back to walking,I always feel so good when I get my mile walk in,so why don't I do it?
Karen I how you feel with your girls growing up and leavong the nest,my oldest just moved to NC with my granddaughter and her boyfriend..Gosh you would thing they could at least leave me the baby..lol..The nerve of them.
The first thing I must lose is the nagging headache! I'm very allergic to mold and the rain/heat combo we've had has pushed their count way up. One easy exercise routine I CAN do is laying on the floor doing my stomach inhales & leg raises for back. Can't do crunches - pushes food up in throat. Back PT taught me to suck in from crotch to navel and hold. I bought a 4" slab of foam that makes it very inviting to lay on the floor with my aging back.

Ah, there's nothing like the start of school to get those germies traveling around again.
