GOOD THURSDAY MORNING, BUDDIES!

Howdy, Buddies!
Ready to get your glug on? It's that day of days -- the one we look forward to all week -- yep, you've got it - THIRSTDAAAAAAAY! Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
So, here's the question -- why don't I have a cup of water by my side as I type? Here's the answer -- I have no idea! Hang on a sec while I go get my hydration supplies, okay?
Ahhhh, that's much better. I took a big ol' gulp and then refilled my glass and brought it out here to the computer. I'm ready!
Other than gulping and running to the facilities, I'll be spending my day prepping for tonight's class, paying bills (the loan fiiiiiinally got here), and tidying the house. What's on your Thirstday agenda, Buddies?
Have a gluggy day!

I'm drinking, I'm drinking.

Morning Karen,
YEAH on the loan finally being approved and now you are able to pay some bills.
I've already drank 35 oz of water and have visited the facilities a few times

I love the balanced way you looked at the evening, Bennie.

Oh my - yes - it was great to get those bills off my back.

Having that glass of water is a great way to start the day isn't it Karen?! Does our bodies good to keep it nice and hydrated. :) I got in my usual 64 oz. plus and additional 8 oz. for Thirstday!
Things are going pretty good for me. I am recovering albeit slowly from my broken leg. The bad news is during the time when I couldn't do the food prep, we had alot of convience foods and I regained some of my weight. I am now back over 200 and will be changing the ol ticker to reflect it. Of course, it didn't help matters that I couldn't get in any exercise like I was used to other than my home exercises prescribed by my PT. It was mostly focused on getting my knees, foot and ankle strengthened and flexible again. I am now back on both legs with full weight and am walking...okay so at this point it is hobbling... LOL I am making progress though. I did start back riding my exercise bike this week. I am starting with the same amount of time that I ride the bike at my PT sessions, which is 10 minutes. I know it isn't much but it is a start. I will slowly add time until I am back up to my 45+ minute sessions. I do see the light at the end of the tunnel with this whole thing & am hoping to be fully functional very soon.
Hugs
Barb
I just love how close you are to your grandkids and how involved you are in their lives, Carol.
