GOOD TUESDAY MORNING, BUDDIES!

Haaaaaappy Loseday Tuesday!!  Who's ready to lose something today?  For our new and returning buddies, we usually celebrate Tuesdays by losing something like an attitude or unhealthy habit or a temptation in our kitchen.

Today I want to lose....birthday eating.  :o)  I've been sort of half and half dieting ever since J's birthday.  Between the sugary carbs for her day and then mine, I think I've gotten myself into a sort of carb cycle thing.  I need to detox and get back to the program!  The first few days will be kind of tough, but it will be so worth it when I get back to losing weight again.

What are your plans for this lovely Loseday?  Whatever they are, I hope you have a happy, healthy day!

Morning Karen-

I need to lose my bad attitude, but they may be solved by feeling better and actually getting some sleep.

Afternoon Buddies

I want to lose my tendancy to go over the daily recommended 2300 mg of sodium. I think a good way for me to conquer that is to do more "cooking from scratch" There is so much added sodium in convenience foods.

Howdy,

I want to lose my not being on this board every day! I have NOT been doing well making food choices. Very unhealthy. And I'm not exercising. So I'll start posting daily logs again, starting today. Sigh, do I really need to count calories again? Maybe if that's what it takes, I'll do it. I also want to lose being so wiped out at the end of the work day that I don't take care of myself.

It's good to be back!
