Haaaaaaaaaaaaappy Loooooooooooooooooooseday!!  I've got to type quickly because I'm still in my jammies and I have class at noon.  Seriously, it may be time for me to consider online teaching....LOL.


So, what do you want to lose today?  I want to lose my mental block about exercising.  I keep telling myself I'm going to get moving, but I don't.  I manage to get a grip on the food and water, but the exercise, not so much.

I'm with you on that motivation block. I'm gonna attempt to spin class tonight but apart of me is just like NOOOOOOO!

Right now i'm trying to motivate myself in eating my ramen noodles...but I tell ya I hate them right now...I need a break!!! I can't stand them Lately I've been rushing through them lol cause I can't take it anymore

I lost my excuse to not exercise. I got home from work today and was so tired! And I told myself forget it, you're not going to the gym. (I had forgotten to recharge my iPod, and that was the clincher!) But after passing the exit for the gym on the highway I got so miserable feeling. So as soon as I got home I ran and got my shoes on, put the pup on a leash and set out. Todd was pulling in right when I was heading out and I was shocked when he said he'd like to go with me! So we only went about a mile and a half of walking, but you know what? It's better than nothing!!

And I had to eat lunch out today. Brought a frozen piece of chicken to my new workplace and they don't have a micro! WTH? So I went to the mall, which was the closest food place. I went to the Japanese place and asked for plain white rice and the grilled chicken. I didn't have enough cash for veggies (dang!) but it was still yummy! And when the guy heaped on A TON of rice, I asked him to put about 2/3 of it back. He looked at me like I was nuts!

So today has been a good day so far. Now I need to eat dinner and stay on track!
