How are you all doing this fine day?


I am trying to shrug off a really bad day yesterday, trying not to numb and comfort myself with food, and working to keep a good attitude despite all the crud.


What is your focus today? Anything you'd like to change or improve?

Heya Roni! Havent talked to you in a while, how you been? Sorry today's been icky for ya. I'm sure it'll get better :). Think about next week, turkey day :P

Im doing pretty good today actually gonna try and get some extra steps in though. I need them

Thanks, Cass! Turkey day? Nah...I'm a Canuck. Our turkey day was last month. ALTHOUGH who's to say I CAN'T make a turkey and celebrate regardless??? heeheee GREAT IDEA! American Thanksgiving this year and my DDs b-day celebration in one.


I need a BUNCH of extra steps. I should be doing homework every night, but activity is what I am craving. Good luck getting moving, girlfriend!

Before I began working full-time, I had a Wednesday morning bible study that I LOVED. It totally gave me a mid-week boost.

Kudos to you on choosing well in a Chinese restaurant, and for burning some calories!!
