GOOD THURSDAY MORNING, BUDDIES!

PhotobucketHaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaappy Thirstday!!!  Now that the weather is getting cooler, it gets tougher to keep up with hydration - at least for me.  I'm going to try to do better today.  Besides the fact that I just plain feel better when I keep up with my water, I've realized that I often mistake needed a drink of water for hunger.  I really do eat better when I'm staying hydrated.

So, along with some healthy water consumption, I'll be spending the day grading and prepping and teaching.  If I find any little cracks in between activities, I want to start working on this house.  Good golly, it's a mess!

What's on the schedule for you today, Buddies?  Got water?

Well, good morning to you, too, Sunshine, and thank you for the reminder to GLUG!! I did just that, and plan to all day. Water and peppermint tea alternately, because I get SO cold when I am fully hydrated that I will need to drink something warm.

My day: work, meet up with mom for coffee after work, and then class. Whee.

Had a ridiculous yoga class last night but feel AMAZING today. Can't believe I love it so much. I am sad to have to take a day off from the gym tonight but it is for the best. I will walk with mom a bit around the mall after work, keep that blood pumping, and look forward to the gym tomorrow again.

Have a splendid day, K. Make sure to have some fun and burn some calories along with the work-tasks.

Just returned from 2nd indoctrination session at Curves, feeling very loose and energized. Lunch will be a mix of leftovers turned into a soup - veggies, brown rice & chicken. I've started keeping a bowl of cooked brown rice in the fridge at all times. It prompts me to steam some veggies, add some cooked dried beans & eat healthy. My current fav is with a frozen veg mix of onions/pepper/celery/pinto beans. I love the Cabot brand lower fat cheese, especially their pepper cheese, so grate some onto of the bean/rice mix.

Afternoon is for going target shooting with DH, may be the last time this year. DGrD (9) is coming for a sleepover this evening, so it'd shaping up to be a good day.

Off to the shower - I smell like a wet dog -LOL.
