Happy Loseday, my friends!! What do you want to lose today? I really, really, really, want to lose my inactivity. I keep making attempts at getting more active, and then letting them drop, but I know that's going to be the key to any serious weight loss for me. I am determined to find a way to MOVE today!
Other than that, I have two classes to teach (one of them is 4 hours long - ouch), but after that, I'm free for the holidays!! I have a ton of work to do around here. The house is a mess; we're still moving stuff all over the place to complete the transfer of bedrooms between K and J and the former playroom. You wouldn't believe what my dining room looks like right now.
What is your Loseday looking like, Buddies? I hope it's full of smiles and laughter and losiness!

I want to lose my unwillingness to drink water!

HI,
I'm going with the current advice that water is water, whether it's H2O, coffee, tea, soup, etc. A lot of foods contain plenty of liquid to qualify. Since the weather has gotten cooler, I've been eating more soups and drinking way more hot tea. This works way better for me, instead of denying the pleasure of the tea and forcing myself to drink cold water (does anyone drink hot water?). My MD says just check the color of your urine - the paler the better.
