I'm just popping in for a quick good morning. I've got a sinus headache and a half, so I'm going to go eat/take medicine/drink coffee etc. and then come back for some more posting after that.
I'm excited to be starting a new week - how about you?
One thing I did learn is that I need to have a "window" of time to do the exercise. For me, my fav morning shows are over at 10, so it's easy to get it in gear. I have a TV in my hobby room, so now use that time to catch up on computer work, eat breakfast, work on crafts. Come 10 AM, I turn the TV off and put the PC into stand by mode. This gives me a 1.5 hour time fame to get the 40 minute workout/drive time in. I dress for the workout right away, and if I get a phone call, I don't use it as an excuse not to go. I just watch the clock and know I need to be out the door no later than 10:45.
