How's everybuddy feeling today? Do you know what this is? It's Loseday! With all the holiday business, we haven't really celebrated a Loseday Tuesday in a while! So, what would you like to lose today? (For new/returning buddies, we celebrate Loseday by losing something - a bad habit, an attitude, a temptation -- whatever works for you.)
For Loseday, I'm going to lose: Eating when I'm not hungry! I've gotten into a holiday grazing pattern, and I don't think I've been truly hungry in 3 weeks! LOL Today, I'm going to listen more carefully to my body.
Other than that, I think I'll do a little tidying around here. Also - does Biggest Loser start again tonight? I want to be sure to see that!

Hello All
i just happent o stumble across this site, and i am praying that this is the place i need to be...i have been stuggling with my weight most of my life and now that i have 3 kiddos, i need to change, but like everyone else its hard to do. i am in need of support and encouragement..is this the right place to be? i sure hope so! not being able to do things i want to do with my kids, is just killing mie, i cant run, play ball or hlep my some with his football practices all because i get to "out of breath" to soon and always have to sit down.. is this
