How's everybuddy feeling today?  Do you know what this is?  It's Loseday!  With all the holiday business, we haven't really celebrated a Loseday Tuesday in a while!  So, what would you like to lose today?  (For new/returning buddies, we celebrate Loseday by losing something - a bad habit, an attitude, a temptation -- whatever works for you.)


For Loseday, I'm going to lose:  Eating when I'm not hungry!  I've gotten into a holiday grazing pattern, and I don't think I've been truly hungry in 3 weeks! LOL  Today, I'm going to listen more carefully to my body.


Other than that, I think I'll do a little tidying around here.  Also - does Biggest Loser start again tonight?  I want to be sure to see that!


What are your plans for Loseday Tuesday, Buddies?  What do you want to lose?

Well, loseday is almost over. Shoulda showed up earlier and I would have remembered to purposefully lose something. Although I did "lose" a soda today. Took one with my lunch and opted for water instead.

I gotta go add up calories and whatnot and do my journaling. Hope everyone had a very successful loseday!

well just call me Patty... well did watch the biggest loser tonight, why is it when i watch the show, i feel motivated but when it comes time for me to get up off my behind, i just dont do it? another question i have is, where do i start? i have tried and tried to cook the right way for me and my family, but with a husband who is from the south and likes his "cat-heads" ( home made biscuts) and gravy all the time, its hard. My son who is 12, is bigger than he should be, but i know how hurtful it is for people to say anything to you about your weight, so that is another comcern that i have..if yall can help me on how to even get started or an idea of where to start at i would be greatful!
