Haaaaaaaappy Loseday, Buddies!!
The sun is shining, there's a light dusting of snow on the ground, and it seems like a fine day to LOSE something. Today, I want to lose my half-hearted attempts to get healthy. I'm going to throw some stuff away, buy some healthy stuff, make a plan, and get in gear!
What do you want to lose today, Buddies? Let's make the best of this lovely Loseday!
Besides losing, I want to start getting organized for the coming semester. It starts next week, so I guess it's about time. :o)

I want to lose eating junk food snacks and thinking a little bit won't hurt me, because at the end of the day, all of the little bits add up to a lot of extra calories I don't need.
This morning I already took a 1 hour 15 minute walk and went to the grocery store and avoided all of the tempting junk food that was calling me.

Today I want to loose this sleepiness. I am so tired. I was planning on going to the gym but I'm wondering if I should jsut go home and work on my homework and laundry.....but I really should got to the gym...

Yep - Loseday Tuesday. Wednesday is Walksday and Thursday is Thirst-day (where we try to get all the water we need in).
Oh, and on Friday, we dance =) Haha!
