Welcome to Loseday Tuesday! Are you feeling lose-y today? What would you especially like to lose?
I think I'm going to lose my out-of-control sweets consumption. I was doing pretty well - actually very well - until we happened upon some darling little girls in uniforms selling some lovely, but not terribly healthy or diet-wise disks of questionable nutritious value. I couldn't say no. I had to sell so many of those razzin frazzin disks in my days that I just can't look into those little faces and say no. I just have to wise up and send the goodies to school with Dan. His students can use the calories a whole more than I can!
So other that being tremendously losetastic, what are your plans for the day? I have a class to teach followed by a doctor's appointment. Then I'll probably spend the rest of the day getting ready for the two classes I have on Wednesday. I'll also watch Biggest Loser if it's back on tonight!
Have a lovely Loseday, Buddies!

HI Karen and all my future buddies.
I want to lose my thoughts on my husband's brother, I actually wrote in my journal for God to soften my heart and turn any bad thoughts to acceptance.

I agree.
Good Morning Buddies!
Luckily yesterday I took a 5 hour nap during the day as at 4pm, I got called in to work last night because one of the ladies slipped at work the other night and she was having extreme pain in her shoulder.

Thankfully no girl scouts knocking on my door !
My problem is more of the salty snacks anyway.
I had a great workout yesterday and am going today. The rest of the week will be busy, so trying my best today.
BTW - I started going to the gym around 10ish to miss the morning crowd. I actually find that working out at that time dulls (a little) my lunchtime appetite. I need that cause I like to eat mid morning.
Anyway have a great day ladies !

We ordered the cookies from our DGrDs, but they are mostly for DH. I'm with you - salty stuff. Worst problem is late in the evening, 3 hours after supper, so I've been making microwave popcorn. The crunchiness spreads the eating out over time & gives my my salt fix. I tried fat reduced wheat crackers, but they go down way too easily.
I'm trying the same thing with my Curves workout. As Tues & Thurs are broken up with tutoring at 12:30, I decided to do workout mid AM those days, plus Sat. I also find it dulls my appetite. Or maybe I feel too guilty after burning a few calories - LOL.
I'll make a quick stop at library after tutoring to pick up books on hold, then have a 30 min. massage at 3:30. My shoulders are still hurting from running through the airport pulling/carrying heavy bags last week. Next time I'm paying the extra for a checked bag and will only carry my computer, camera, meds, snack, toothpaste, body wipes, & change of undies (hey - ya never know when you'll get stuck for a day - LOL). I stuffed way too much in my bags on the last trip.
