LUV TO YOU ALL,
Ally xx

1.what time did you get up?
6:40 AM (about 15 minutes ago) because one of my doggies had to go pee
2.what are you planning to do today?
We've got (home) church @ 1 PM and then we are going to finish building a dog house for our 2 doggies
3.what is the weather like?
Raining on and off and cold - unfortunately. The cool weather was a nice change after 90 to 100 degrees every day in the summer, but the combo of rain and cold I don't like
NOW FOR THE TOUGH ONES:
4.do you believe recovery is possible?
ABSOLUTELY!!! I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me (Philippians 4:13). Before I believed in God and gave my life to Christ my answer may have been different. But I have SEEN His strength and have stopped purging, bingeing, and starving myself (after doing so 22 years) through Him.
5.looking back at your past, are things better or worse?
SO much better. Like I said, I used to binge and purge and starve myself for 22 years. Not to mention getting in and out of relationships that were wrong and/or abusive (to forget about ED and life), drinking too much alcohol at times, doing drugs a few times, taking ephedra based fat burners for years so I could exercise more and be thinner, drinking tons of coffee every day to curb my appetite so I can be thinner. Now I struggle with a few body image issues, but they are NOTHING compared to what they used to be, my energy is awesome and I don't have any caffeine anymore (well, a cup of green tea every so often), I stopped all fat burners, I don't binge anymore, when I eat a little more than I want to typically PMS) or foods I don't want to, I don't even think about purging anymore, and I have absolutely NO desire to starve myself.
Thanks Ally, GREAT questions to start the day.
