Hi All!
I hope you had a great weekend. How are you feeling today? How is your recovery going?
Please check in with your name, how you are feeling, and what you are currently doing for recovery. Then give me 5 things you are grateful for. I'll start:
Kristina, feeling pretty good this morning just not thrilled that the weekend is over already
Recovery - I am seeing a Christian counselor but have cut back to once every 2 weeks from weekly - she felt I was ready. I am also working the steps with and online sponsor and am thinking about going to OA, EDA, or Celebrate Recovery meetings again. I am feeling the need to talk about my little insanities that still persist (and the need to let go of them) and talking to 'normal' friends just doesn't work.
Things I am grateful for:
Chance to relax and work on the steps this weekend
Fun day with my husband on Saturday
Overall my health is better
God
My loving and patient husband - I don't know what I would do without him
