My gosh, I've never seen such a lonely Friday Five!

1.) As a child, who was your idol? Why?

I didn't really have an "idol," exactly. I admired lots of people, especially those in books. Laura Ingalls Wilder was a favorite.

2.) What was one thing you always wanted as a child but never got?

Gosh, I've been blessed! I can't think of anything I *thought* I wanted that I didn't stop wanting before long. Though I always did want my relatives to live closer. And to meet my maternal grandparents.

3.) Do you like surprise birthday parties?

My family sure seems to think so! I've had three at minimum (and I am not that old!) and loved every one. Mostly because I never would have thought to invite some of the people who came, and had the best time with them. I like giving surprise parties, too :).

4.) What's one thing you've always wanted to learn but haven't yet?

ONE thing? There's way too many. To play piano. Sad but true. Parents always warned me I'd regret quitting lessons after the first few at age 7.

5.) If you could have lunch with anybody, who would it be? Why?

That's sure tough too. To simplify things for myself, I'm going to pretend you mean only someone alive now. Honestly, that didn't help. :) Well, I'll have to go with Fr. M, a priest who's a family friend and an absolutely wonderful soul. He worked closely with Mother Theresa and has helped so many people. My wish will come true when I go see him next month :) (I'm making a spring break trip to the east coast, and I'll catch him for a few days on my way back home!).

1.) As a child, who was your idol? Why? DON'T REALLY KNOW IF I HAD AN IDOL. I SUPPOSE, RATHER THAN AN IDOL I OFTEN LOOKED UP TO PEOPLE THAT WERE HAPPY AND SMILING......THAT MAKE SENSE?

2.) What was one thing you always wanted as a child but never got? TO HAVE A HAPPY FAMILY AND NOT MY DAD SHOUTING ALL THE TIME

3.) Do you like surprise birthday parties? OH YEAH, NOT HAD ONE MYSELF BUT HAVE BEEN TO ONE, ITS GREAT TO SEE THE REACTION ON PEOPLES FACES

4.) What's one thing you've always wanted to learn but haven't yet? HOW TO EAT PROPERLY

5.) If you could have lunch with anybody, who would it be? Why? SOMEONE HEALTHY, WHY, BECAUSE, IF I KNEW HOW TO EAT RIGHT, I WOULDN'T BE GAINING SO MUCH WEIGH AND LETTING IT AFFECT ME AS IT DOES...
