I just wanted to check in with yall and tell ya I am doing great these days, I am on the Dr. Phil diet and I am feelling great about myself. I have only lost 3 pounds but I am staying the same and I really like that I would suggest that everyone try this Dr.Phil diet out it is so awesome, I actually eat and I enjoy it and I dont feel guilty about it I have not done any of my ED behaviors in 3 weeks now and I am now able to exercise but I have to limit that also. I printed out the food plan from Dr. Phils web site and I went strictly by that for about 2 weeks until I got wat I was pose to eat and now I dont limit myself to any foods it is so awesome. At 1st I was doing the diet to lose wt and lose alot of it but now I am happy with where I am at and how I am doing I look and feel healthy, I think I have finally beat the demon inside of me that was trying to kill me for so long.

I am glad that things are so much better for you and that this diet is working for you. However, in general it is not a good idea to talk about diet plans on an ED board. While it may be helpful for you, a diet with restrictions and a food plan can be

I am so sorry Kristina I thought it would be fine b/c I put triggers in my heading, and I remembered you talking about the Atkins. This is nothing like that all you do is reduce your artificail sugars not restrict.
