How do I stop that feeling?

I am ana and sometimes mia. Been for over 10 years
Any time I eat anything my clothes suddenly get tighter and my skin feels tighter, so I KNOW I'm getting bigger when I eat. How do I stop this?
I don't particularly WANT to be ana, i LOOOOOOOVE food. I love to eat. I just can't, it makes me SO uncomfortable. Is there anything I can do to stop this uncomfortable feeling so I can eat again? I'm afraid I'm going to start getting really sick after so many years of this.
Any ideas?

It sounds like you may have a genuine medical complaint. It's hard when you have an eating disorder and often feel fat after you eat out of guilt or emotional reasons. However, if you're noticing physical discomfort and symptoms, you're smart not to accept that "it's all in your head."
When you say your clothes and skin get tighter when you eat, do you mean that you sort of swell up a little? I notice this sometimes, especially if I eat carbs or sugar. My hands swell a little, my ring feels tight, and my veins are more visible on my arms. Do you get bloated when you eat? Is that why you feel "bigger?" Everyone gets a little distended with a full stomach, but if it's painful and seems abnormal, sounds like you need to get checked out by a savvy doctor.

Like Starfish said, it sounds like you have a physical problem on top of the ED problem. Resolving the former may help with the latter to some degree.
Try to write down exactly when and what happens. Is it only with certain foods, certain times of the day, etc. It could be as 'simple' as avoiding certain foods. I am allergic to dairy and eggs. When I eat either one of them my body swells by at least a size if not more. I retain a lot of water in my lower body and my stomach sticks out and looks like I am pregnant. You can try to figure it out by yourself by eliminating foods one at a time or trying foods one at a time. The easier but somewhat costly option is a blood test checking for food allergies. Not many doctors use them so I would try to find an ostheopatch. He/she would also be able to help you in general with your problem.
In addition to finding out what's going on physically, I would recommend seeing a therapist (if you are not already). And please stop talking negatively about yourself and referring to yourself with degrading names. Something I frequently talk about on this board is how negative thoughts/words lead to negative feelings, but the reverse is also true. Here is something I read the other day:
