Good Morning All!
I noticed that we have a lot of new members, some old-timers have come back, and some people struggling with issues. Please take a few minutes to check in with your name, your age (if you don't mind), and how you are feeling today. Next list 5 things you are grateful for, even if you are having a bad day. I'll go first:
Kristina - 38 years old this past May -feeling pretty good and glad it's Friday
Things I am grateful for:
1. God in my life
2. My husband
3. Our dogs, house, jobs
4. My recovery and healing from other problems (hormonal, digestive, etc.) through God
5. My Mom
Try to have a good weekend and don't let ED get to you. Life is too short to waste it on ED - I know, easier said than done. Just remember, recovery IS possible so don't loose sight of that.
Love & hugs, Kristina

Hi Stephanie and Darianmay,
I am glad you two found the board and hope you will find support and comfort here. Please fill us in on what's been going on with you if you feel comfortable. I look forward togetting to know both of you better.
Love & hugs, Kristina
1. a husband who tells me I look good despite gaining 15 pounds (and counting)
2. for not feeling like I'm going to black out every time I stand up
3. for having the energy to run again
4. for being "heavy" enough to start trying to get pregnant
5. for not having my hair fall out in clumps anymore.
I realize that all of these are related to my e/d recovery, but I'm cautiously optimistic that I'll continue to have a healthy relationship with my body.
5 things I am grateful for:
* God
* My son
* My son going to college
* Air conditioning!!! (I live near Phoenix and it has been hot)
* How simple life is for us in America.... we take for granted things that people in other countries dream of...
Hugs, Michelle
Whether or not you see it, there's a rainbow after every storm.
5 things i am grateful for:
*for my incredible family - so wise and supportive in every way
*for my boyfriend, who is also the best friend i could ever ask for and who never asks me to put my feelings or troubles on hold
*for my four fluffy dogs :)
*for good books to curl up with
*and for music that lets us know we are not alone
I know I still probably don't spell your name right. How are you? Please let me know. I am doing ok.
Tell me about the purpose driven life and what your doing with that.
Sue
Hi Sue,
Well, you almost got it right. It's KristinA instead of KristinE.
Anyway, I had started posting the Purpose Driven Life one chapter a day because several people wanted to particiapte. HOwever, I did not get a response from them when I actually posted the questions. But Michelle just offered to continue and I just noticed she posted days 6 and 7, so I will post my answers/thoughts every day.
Love & hugs, Kristina
