Hi All,
I haven't done this one in a while and thought it would be a good time do one today. Please give me the follwing:
- You name (or screen name if you feel uncomfortable giving your real name)
- How you are feeling, why, and if you are not feeling so hot, what you can do to cheer up or feel better
- Three things you are grateful for
- A small, attainable goal for today or this week
OK, I will start:
- Kristina
- A litte depressed because I have to go back to work and I don't like my job all that much. I can look at the positive things in my life and focus on the things I do like about my job
- God, my husband, our families
- Eat no later than 8 PM between Mon and Fri

Nervous and unsure. I go to see my new therapist tomorrow. I had a horrible week last week because I think I felt like it all had to end this week and so I really took advantage of things last week by buying b/p food. I thought I could work out all my cravings and then "start over" this week with therapy.
I am going to try and work on my mental attitude about this. And pray.

My husband and children, Jesus, my health, my friends (sorry, had to put 4)

** Feeling kind of 50/50.... when I get off the computer I am going to do Bible study, it is Beth Moore "Believing God" it's really good, it cheers me up.
Three things you are grateful for
** My son, strength, comedy movies!

** Eat breakfast every day and avoid ice cream (I am lactose intolerant)! I made a 9 week goal of the same last week and haven't stuck with it, so as of now back to square one.

How you are feeling, why, and if you are not feeling so hot, what you can do to cheer up or feel better: I am mixed as of now kinda confused...looking into a group therapy type thing but still havent found one atill afraid..what I do to feel better I work out play with my cats...talk with my friends..or laugh..

1) to not throw up after any small thing that I eat even a cracker I vomit up....
Sorry that was gross but I have gone from not eating to vomiting up any small thing I eat..an apple which is the only intake I have a vomit and I am going ot try to not do that.
