Hi All,
Here is a handy little exercise you can do when you are upset about something. You can use it when you feel you have eaten too much, you are worried you are going to gain weight, someone else upset you, etc. This is similar to the exercise I have mentioned in the past from the book 'The Feeling Good Handbook'. However, this one is slightly modified and I got it from my therapist. She gave me a hardcopy and I simply put it into a spreadsheet so I could use it over and over. You can print it out or fill it out electronically.
