Ok so, I've had a major relapse. I stopped going to my tdoc. b/c I thought I was doing better and done w/ the ed. PLus I hated going there. I continued to go to the dietician, but now I am not(I think it made it worse!) now, I have NOTHING! I do not know what to do. Psychologist don't work, I will not take meds. and the dietician made it worse! What is left to do? I can't handle this anymore.:(

Hi Caitlin,
I am sorry you relapsed and that things are so hard for you. And I can relate to not wanting to take meds - they never worked for me but can be very helpful for some.
However, you said you stopped going to your Tdoc because you thought you were better and done with ED. Then you said that psychologists don't work. Obviously your tdoc must have been helping for you to think you were done with ED. I think a lot of us get to that point and then realize we weren't quite ready to handle things on our own. It seems to me that you need to go back to your Tdoc or find another Tdoc and do some more work.
I know it's hard, but don't let this discourage you. It just means you need to work on it a little bit longer. Think about how long it took you to get to where you are now. You didn't get this ED overnight so it might take a little while to get to full recovery.
Please check back in and let us know how you are doing.
Love & hugs, Kristina
