1. What did you want to be when you grew up?
2. Did you follow through? If not, what happened?
3. Is your life turning out the way you thought it would when you were a kid?If not, is it better or worse?
4. Paradoxes aside, if you could time-travel back to when you were 10 years old, what would you tell your 10-year-old self?
5. Do you think the child you were, would like the adult you've become?

Love & hugs, Kristina

1. What did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to be a stay-home wife, have kids, and live on a farm with lots of animals and in particular horses.

2. Did you follow through? If not, what happened?
No, I did not. I am married but I work as a a database programmer. We have two dogs, no kids, and no other animals. What happened? My ED, other self-destructive behaviour, and not really following my dreams. But I doubt I would have met my husband had I taken a different route so I am not complaining. :)

3. Is your life turning out the way you thought it would when you were a kid?If not, is it better or worse?
No, it is not. I thought I would have kids but ended up getting a hysterectomy 2 years ago. And I can't really say that I want kids.

4. Paradoxes aside, if you could time-travel back to when you were 10 years old, what would you tell your 10-year-old self? You are beautiful, you are smart, you are intelligent, and you can do what ever you want.

5. Do you think the child you were, would like the adult you've become?

Probably more than the child I was but I think the child would have slightly disappointed with certain aspects of me and my life.

Hi Kerry,

Wow, I didn't know there was a board about reptiles and amphibians!
