Hi All,

I just wanted to check in and see how everybody is doing and give an update. Sorry I don't post more often but between my job and our ministry I am doing the best I can.

Last night I had my third ED group meeting. This meeting is led by a local therapist who has 15 years experience treating women with EDs. It's been good and it's been challenging - because one of the women is not only young but also very thin.

I had one individual session with the T before the group and thought I wasn't able to continue due to financial reasons. However, it looks like I will be able to visit with her every other week starting next Wednesday. She is great and I am looking forward to it.

Kathleen, the T, recommended two books that I have really enjoyed reading and that have been very helpful. I think I may have mentioned them last month but at that point I hadn't gotten very far. Now I have read through half of each book and I truly like them. Please check them out and consider getting them:

Life Without ED

Most of all keep fighting - it's worth it and your're worth it (a popular OA slogan). There is life after ED and it's better.

Love & hugs, Kristina
