I set myself a calorie goal for the last week (which I was not allowed to go under) and I did it every day this week!
Other good news. I overate one meal and didn't purge even though I wanted to.
Also, I was able to stop myself in a binge. I've never been able to do that!

I agree that working on the computer is a powerful trigger for those who are on their way to quit smoking. It's always been the most difficult trigger for me to overcome, and the times where pressure and deadline were added to the equation were the times I'd find myself lighting a cigarette, even if 3/4 wasn't smoked at all.
I've found that munching on carrot sticks or celery really helped me with that. It's something I can't turn to right now (I just got brace and can't munch on anything hard), but it might help you.
