I'm in the last two days of the program that I am in. I need a plan for when I leave and that is why I'm still here. It has been a wonderful thing for me to have done. I gained so much for having come. When I enter the program I was in a bad space. I was resticting a lot, and my health was going down hill. I am now in a good place. My work now is to learn how to add water into my life. I need that. I feel blessed right now, and in a really good spot. I hope to stay in a good spotand after three weeks of no resticting I think I can do it. Bye now it is time to eat.~*Anna

Sorry I haven't been around much. I think I took a little leave of absence right around the time you joined the board.
I am so glad the program is working for you and that you gained a lot from it. You sound very peaceful and calm. And I think your plan of working with a T. once you leave is excellent. Sounds like you are doing all the right things. I hope you will keep posting and let us know how you are doing.

Good to hear that you are in a good place and doing well. I know with my recent hospital stay I participated in a group and did a wellness recovery action plan. Part of it is naming the things you have to do to stay healthy. If you haven't already done that, I would suggest it. And carry it with you, post it on the fridge, whatever it takes.
And of course, keep posting here.
It is normal to be nervous right now.
Remember, you don't have to do everything all at once.
