this is actually the first time i post something. but i have a concern and i would like someone to help me out.. please... my little sister is 13 yrs old and i worry because she recently lost a lot of weight shes really skinny now. she hardly eats. when i offer her something she says 'thats to fattening'. she doesnt want to wear certain clothes because she thinks it makes her look fat. when i was her age i never worried about stuff like that. i know only a doctor can give a diagnosis but does this sound like an eating disorder???

Hi there,
~Diana~
Hi Lorenaenteria,
Have you talked about your concerns with your parents?
I agree with Diana, gently let her know through different ways, that you are there for her and that she can go to you if she has a problem or a preoccupation. Remind her that you love her, and also remind her of the good things about her.
But please also don't keep this to yourself either, because it's a huge preoccupation to have. Please do also reach out and talk to someone else about this because you also need support - your parents, a family member. You can also come here!
All my best,
Poppy brought up something I neglected:
